Description

The Western Cape Department of Social Development is seeking an accredited service provider to implement the Occupational Certificate: Child and Youth Care Worker (NQF Level 5) learnership. The project involves training 80 officials over a 24-month period using a blended learning approach of face-to-face and virtual sessions. The provider must supply all training materials, a Learning Management System, and technical support. Additionally, the provider is responsible for training 16 mentors and providing catering services for in-person sessions. The training facility must be located within 100 km of the Cape Town CBD and accommodate 40 learners at a time. Key deliverables include quarterly progress reports, a final evaluation report, and the successful certification of learners. The contract is valid for two years, with a bid validity period of 90 days.
