The National Research Foundation (NRF) / SAEON invites bids for the provision of online Quality Assurance and Safety Management System courses for drone operations. The successful service provider will train one employee who already holds a Remote Pilot Certificate. The scope includes the delivery of two specific online courses, full certification for the candidate, and the courier of certificates to Gqeberha. All services must be provided online during standard business hours. The project is a once-off supply contract. The closing date for all submissions is 16 September 2026 at 11:00 am.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
