Description

The Garden Route District Municipality invites bids for an accredited e-learning platform to train Environmental Health Practitioners over three years. The service provider must deliver online courses covering 19 health-related areas, facilitate assessments, issue electronic certificates, and provide 24-hour learner support. The platform must be mobile-compatible, secure, and POPIA compliant. The contractor must provide access to the system within 30 days of appointment.
