The South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (NECSA) invites bids for professional engineering services (design and management) for the modification of Building P1900 to establish a Radioiodine Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) facility. The project is located at the NECSA Complex, Pelindaba, North-West Province. The scope includes design, project management, and validation across six stages, covering architectural, MEP, and laboratory casework, while excluding the hot cell production line. The facility must comply with cGMP, SAHPRA, and ISO 14644 standards. The project will be implemented in sequential stages with gate reviews. The closing date for submissions is 16 September 2026 at 11:00 am. A non-compulsory site meeting is scheduled for 26 August 2026. Bidders must provide proof of experience in cGMP facility design and management.
