Eskom invites tenders for the provision of access to the Government Property Information System and related database for the Land Development Cape Coastal Cluster. This contract will run for a period of 5 years on an as-and-when-required basis. The scope includes performing property searches, document retrieval, verification services, and consumer/business profile checks to assist in tracing landowners for wayleaves and infrastructure installation. Eskom performs approximately 2040 searches annually. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability by providing test access to their systems. The tender follows the NEC3 Term Service Contract framework. The evaluation process includes a functionality threshold where bidders must achieve at least 75 out of 100 points. The tender validity period is 120 days from the closing date of 25 August 2026.
