The work must be completed and installed by 01 July 2026 at the Mthontsi Lodge and Conference Centre in East London. The scope includes creating artwork, obtaining approval for electronic proofs, and providing a red ribbon for the launch ceremony. Bidders must quote for the entire scope of work to be considered for the award. This project is issued by the Department of Tourism and is subject to the 80/20 preferential point system.
