Description

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) is seeking a service provider to conduct media training for sixty officials. The training will focus on public relations, spokesperson skills, crisis communication, and handling media interviews. The program will be delivered virtually over two days and must be tailored to the CCMA’s specific operational mandate. Key deliverables include the training sessions and a final report summarizing outcomes and recommendations. The project is a once-off engagement.

  • CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

  • Valid SETA, QCTO, or CHE training accreditation certificate
  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Three reference letters for similar communication training projects
  • Facilitator must hold honours degree and 3 years relevant experience
