Description

The Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG) is seeking a service provider to conduct a four-day Policy Development and Analysis Training Course for 20 middle and senior management officials. The training will take place at the Department and must be delivered face-to-face. Key deliverables include comprehensive training manuals, practical exercises, and certificates of attendance for all participants. The course covers the full policy lifecycle, from identification and formulation to implementation and evaluation. The service provider is responsible for providing their own equipment, such as a laptop. Payment is milestone-based, with 80% paid after training completion and 20% upon submission of attendance certificates.
