Description

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development is seeking a professional service provider to conduct a three-day workshop on property and facilities management. The training will support 28 officials, including infrastructure coordinators and finance staff. Key deliverables include the development of training manuals, facilitation of sessions on infrastructure project lifecycles, bill of quantities compilation, procurement planning, and contract administration. The service provider must supply a team of experts, including a professional quantity surveyor, a construction project manager, and an infrastructure procurement specialist. All training materials produced during this project will remain the property of the Department. The work will take place at a venue provided by the Department, and the project is scheduled for the 2026/2027 financial year.
