The Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency (ECRDA) is establishing a panel of professional service providers to assist with project packaging and investment mobilization. The work involves creating bankable business cases, conducting feasibility studies, developing financial models, and securing funding for rural development projects. Technical support will cover engineering estimates, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning. This panel will operate for a period of 36 months on an as-and-when basis. Successful bidders will provide expert services to help the agency prepare projects for investment and implementation, ensuring all work aligns with National Treasury frameworks.
