The project requires the provision of labor and plant equipment to perform tasks on an as-and-when-required basis. Bidders must have a CIDB grading of 6 CE or higher and demonstrate experience with at least three similar projects valued at R5 million or more. Key personnel, including a professionally registered Civil Engineer and a Site Agent, are required.
