The Sedibeng District Municipality is seeking a service provider to manage the Sedibeng Former Heroines Memorial Lecture Event 2026. The event will take place on 10 September 2026 at the Ratanda Community Hall. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing catering services for 200 attendees, including breakfast sandwich packs and lunch. Additionally, the scope includes event decor such as fresh flower wreaths, tablecloths, 200 chairs with covers, 500 bottles of water, and 200 wristbands. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in this industry and demonstrate financial stability. The project will be evaluated using the 80/20 preferential procurement system.
