Description

The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers for events management. The successful companies will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various departmental events over a thirty-six-month period. Key deliverables include providing logistical support such as sound, staging, and security, managing cultural programs and artist contracts, coordinating catering services, handling media and marketing campaigns, and providing translation and interpretation services. Additionally, the scope includes managing guest accreditation, transport, and community mobilization. The work will take place across South Africa as required by the Department. Bidders must demonstrate significant experience and financial capacity to handle large-scale events, as they will be required to manage complex logistics and professional service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
