The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a catering service provider for their Heritage Day celebration. The event will take place on 23 September 2026 at their Free State office in Welkom. The service provider must supply a full lunch for 12 delegates, including various traditional meat dishes, starches, vegetables, salads, and beverages. The provider is responsible for all catering equipment, including cutlery, crockery, and tablecloths. Additionally, the provider must ensure the timely delivery of food and the complete removal of all waste from the venue after the event. The project is a one-day engagement starting upon receipt of an official purchase order.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
