The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a catering service provider for their Heritage Day celebration in the Western Cape. The event will take place on 23 September 2026 at 1C Summer Greens Drive, Milnerton, for 14 delegates. The service provider must supply a traditional African menu including starch, meat, vegetables, salads, and beverages, as well as a vegetarian option. The provider is responsible for supplying all cutlery, crockery, and tablecloths, and must ensure the venue is cleaned of all waste after the event. The project is a one-day engagement.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
