Description

The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) invites bids for a mentorship program for 100 engineering graduates across South Africa. The project involves providing coaching to Civil and Electrical engineering graduates to assist them in achieving professional registration. Key tasks include creating personal development plans, conducting monthly mentorship sessions, and transferring skills to MISA staff. The service provider must also help strengthen relationships with professional bodies like ECSA. The contract duration is 24 months. A compulsory hybrid briefing session will be held on 02 October 2026. Bidders must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in mentoring engineering students and provide a team of qualified professionals with ECSA registration.
