Construction & Engineering Construction of Weidplas Facility Extension at Coega SEZ. The Coega Development Corporation (CDC) invites tenders for the construction of an extension to the Weidplas Facility in Zone 2 of the Coega SEZ, Gqeberha. The project includes a new 1830m2 warehouse extension with steel structure, reinforced concrete, brick infill panels, and a metal pitched roof. It also covers electrical, HVAC, and fire systems, as well as external works like bulk earthworks, concrete hardstands, and storm water reticulation. The construction period is estimated at eight months. A mandatory briefing session is on 17 July 2026 at the Coega BPO Auditorium. Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points, and the tender follows an 80/20 preference point system.
