Key deliverables include a detailed auction plan, a final vending roll, and a close-out report after each event. The contract will run for a period of three years. Bidders must demonstrate experience in auctioning both movable and immovable assets and provide proof of access to an online auction system. The service provider will be compensated on a commission basis, with all marketing costs covered within that rate.
