The successful service provider will be responsible for the disposal of municipal movable assets, including redundant vehicles, equipment, and biological assets. Key deliverables include managing the entire auction process, which covers administrative tasks, marketing, advertising, and the recruitment and registration of buyers. Additionally, the provider must supply security and transportation services for the duration of the auction events. The work will take place within the jurisdiction of the John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipality. Bidders must demonstrate their capability by providing proof of at least ten successful auctions conducted within the last 36 months. The bid offer must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of 04 September 2026.
