Description

The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is inviting service providers to conduct Basic Collective Bargaining Skills Training for Collective Bargaining Council members. The work will be performed for the PSETA. The project involves designing and developing a training program, delivering interactive sessions, providing training materials, and assessing learning outcomes. Key deliverables include a training program outline, facilitation of sessions, attendance registers, and a final post-training report with recommendations. The training duration is between three and five days, and services are expected to commence immediately upon appointment. Bidders must have at least five years of experience in labour law and industrial relations, possess relevant professional registrations, and demonstrate expertise in South African labour legislation.
