The Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI) invites service providers to supply, install, test, and commission six 10-litre undercounter electric geysers at the CSIR Campus in Brummeria, Pretoria. The work involves installing four units in Building 41 and two units in Building 42. Key tasks include connecting units to existing water and electrical points, installing isolation valves, and ensuring all pipework and cabling are neat. All work must be performed after hours or on weekends. The project requires SABS/SANS-approved equipment with a minimum one-year warranty. A site briefing is scheduled for 27 July 2026, and the final submission deadline is 31 July 2026 at 11:00 am.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- CIDB grading (Grade 1 General Building (1GB)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
