Bidders must demonstrate technical capability by achieving a minimum score of 70 points and provide evidence of previous heavy lifting experience through three reference letters from the last five years. Additionally, bidders must supply CVs for operators with at least two years of experience and provide full maintenance records for the cranes being offered.
