The Services SETA is seeking a service provider to develop a Project Management Support Framework. The project aims to create a digitally enabled, intelligence-led enterprise delivery capability. Work will take place in Johannesburg over a 9-month period. Key deliverables include conducting a diagnostic analysis, designing a governance and financial management model, creating standardized tools and AI-based system specifications, validating organizational design, and implementing a change management strategy. The project is divided into seven phases, ranging from initial planning to final handover, with a focus on improving project management maturity and operational efficiency.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
