South African Airways Technical (SAAT) is seeking a professional service provider to manage the end-to-end work permit application process for expatriate employees. The project aims to ensure legal compliance with labor laws in Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Uganda. The successful bidder will handle approximately five applications annually, including pre-assessment of candidates, document procurement, and liaison with local government ministries. Key deliverables include drafting application dossiers, providing monthly status updates, and issuing proactive notifications at least 90 days before permit expirations.
