The service provider must validate assumptions, ensure compliance with actuarial standards, and provide detailed reports and roadmaps for improvements. Deliverables include annual quality assurance reports, parallel modelling, and presentations to the RAF Board and Audit Committee. The work will be conducted at the RAF offices in Centurion.
