Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider for the licensing, hosting, maintenance, and support of its telephony and analytics ecosystem. This includes Telviva, QueueMetrics, Call Cabinet, NICE Workforce Management, and CallBi Speech Analytics. The contract covers a 36-month period and serves approximately 130 users.
