Description

The Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities (DWYPD) is seeking a service provider to outsource its Employee Health and Wellness Programme. The project will run for 36 months and aims to support approximately 160 employees based in Pretoria. The successful bidder must provide a multi-disciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, nurses, and financial advisors. Key deliverables include a 24/7/365 toll-free call centre, face-to-face counselling, trauma response, and behavioural risk management audits. The provider must also conduct wellness awareness training and submit regular reports on organisational health trends. All services must align with the Public Service Employee Health and Wellness Strategic Framework and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
