The Takeover Regulation Panel is seeking a B-BBEE consultant for a 24-month contract. The service provider will perform a gap analysis, develop a two-year B-BBEE strategy, and assist with implementation and monitoring. Key deliverables include monthly progress reports, a skills transfer plan for staff, and support during the annual verification process. The consultant must also provide ongoing regulatory advice regarding B-BBEE laws. The work will be performed for the Panel, which is a Schedule 3A public entity. Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar public entities and achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points.
