The Department of Communications and Digital Technologies (DCDT) and the South African Post Office (SAPO) invite proposals for consulting services. The service provider must deliver a market engagement report, a diagnostic synthesis, a business case with an implementation plan, and a draft RFP for a transactional advisor. The project is expected to last three months. The work will be conducted for the DCDT and SAPO.
