The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) is seeking to appoint a panel of consultants to provide Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) services. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis over a 36-month period. The scope covers five specific areas: OHS training and awareness, compliance audits and risk management, ISO integrated management systems, occupational health services, and travel medicine. The project will take place in Pretoria. Bidders must demonstrate extensive experience through five relevant reference letters and provide a team with appropriate professional qualifications and industry accreditations. The appointment will be finalized through a competitive evaluation process involving functionality and preference points.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- PAYE registration — Registration for PAYE (employees' tax) with SARS.
- UIF registration — Registration with the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
