Description

The Gauteng Province Department of Roads and Transport is establishing a panel of service providers to supply and deliver personal protective and safety equipment (PPE). This project will run for three years across all five regions of the province. The scope includes providing high-quality gear for head, eye, face, hearing, respiratory, hand, body, foot, and fall protection. All items must meet strict safety standards and include proper labeling and certifications. A compulsory site briefing is scheduled for 18 June 2026 in Pretoria. Interested parties must submit their bids by 11:00 on 07 July 2026. Appointment to the panel does not guarantee a contract, as services will be requested on an as-and-when-needed basis. Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points to qualify for the panel.
