Description

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) is seeking a service provider to manage a 24-hour fraud and corruption hotline for 36 months. The service includes operating a toll-free telephone line, a fax line, and a secure email address. The provider must record calls, report threats to the police, and conduct quarterly awareness workshops. Deliverables include monthly management reports, promotional materials like posters and newsletters, and secure off-site data storage. The work will be performed remotely by the service provider. The project aims to ensure compliance with the Protected Disclosure Act.
