Description

The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking information regarding a Tariff Modelling Tool to replace its current manual Microsoft Excel system. This tool will automate the calculation of tariff receivables, debt balances, and financial scenario modelling. The solution must support integration with existing financial and supply chain systems, offer secure data hosting, and include disaster recovery features. The project requires the successful bidder to provide training, manuals, and ongoing technical support for a 24-month period. This Request for Information (RFI) will help the TCTA define technical requirements for a future formal bidding process.
