Key deliverables include professional fumigation services scheduled for 29 June 2026 and carpet cleaning scheduled for 30 June 2026. All pesticides used must be registered with the Department of Agriculture under Act No. 36 of 1947, and all equipment must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993. The service provider must ensure that all chemical applications are performed by trained personnel using environmentally friendly and safe products. The quotation must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of 18 June 2026.
