The Industrial Development Corporation of SA Ltd (IDC) invites bids for an Implementation Partner to modernize its records and information management systems. The project involves operationalizing governance frameworks, institutionalizing operating models, and integrating controls across various digital platforms like SharePoint Online and SAP. The partner will also manage data migration from legacy systems and deliver training to approximately 980 personnel. This project is a 36-month enterprise-wide transformation initiative. The work will be conducted at the IDC offices. The tender aims to ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as POPIA, PAIA, and ECTA.
