The scope of work includes cleaning approximately 47 train sets daily, covering tasks such as floor sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, dusting, and the removal of litter and bodily fluids. The service provider must supply all necessary cleaning chemicals, consumables, tools, machinery, and staff uniforms. Key deliverables include maintaining service turnaround times, conducting weekly site inspections, and submitting quarterly reports. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 28 July 2026 at the Cape Town Station.
