Description

The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) invites service providers to join a panel for the supply and delivery of printing and branding materials in the KwaZulu-Natal region. This contract will run for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis. The scope includes printing items like brochures, posters, and certificates, as well as branding materials such as apparel and display equipment. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 18 September 2026 at the Durban Station Shosholoza Meyl Waiting Area. All proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 05 October 2026. Bidders must achieve a minimum technical score of 70% to qualify for selection.
