Description

PetroSA has issued a tender for consultancy services to conduct a feasibility study for the development of the E-BK, E-AD, and E-S offshore gas fields. The project is located in Licence Block 9, approximately 85 km off the South African south coast. The successful consultant will perform multidisciplinary studies, including drilling and completion design, flow assurance, subsea production system evaluation, and process engineering. Key deliverables include a comprehensive feasibility report, technical specifications, risk assessments, and Class 2 and 3 cost estimates for future project phases. The assignment must be completed within twelve weeks of the award. Interested parties must attend a virtual briefing on 26 August 2026. Supply and Delivery of Diving Gases and Chemicals.
