Description

The National Research Foundation (NRF) is seeking a secure storage facility for the South African Environmental Observation Network (SAEON) in Cape Town. The facility must provide 100 square metres of space for marine research equipment. Key requirements include 24-hour security, fire detection systems, and proximity within 10 km of the Foreshore area. If the unit is not on the ground floor, a goods lift capable of handling 1 ton is required. The contract duration is five years, with fixed pricing for the first two years and variable pricing thereafter. The tender closes on 10 August 2026.
