The provider will act as the Employer’s agent for facility management and must ensure all statutory compliance. Key deliverables include an initial works programme, an annual maintenance plan, and monthly performance reporting. The service provider must also manage office consumables, catering, and various subcontractors. A six-month probationary period applies, and the provider must utilize the Employer’s ITIS/SAP system for data management. The project requires a dedicated team, including a Contracts Manager and Facility Manager, to ensure operational excellence throughout the five-year term.
