The South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator (SADPMR) is seeking a service provider to perform safe code and combination changes at the Diamond Exchange and Export Centre (DEEC). This contract will run for three years. The successful bidder must provide quarterly onsite maintenance for two category 5 safes and offer emergency support as needed. The primary goal is to improve security and prevent unauthorized access to diamonds. Services must be completed within 30 days of a purchase order. A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 02 October 2026.
