This is a panel contract, meaning that appointment does not guarantee immediate work, as specific tasks will be allocated through a secondary competitive process. A clarification meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on 11 September 2026. All new trailers must meet National Road Traffic Act standards and be registered in the name of the City of Cape Town.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid COID Letter of Good Standing
- Audited financial statements for past 3 years (if exceeding R10 million)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate
