Description

The Compensation Fund is seeking a service provider to manage, dispense, and distribute chronic medication to COIDA patients across South Africa. The contract will run for thirty-six months. The successful bidder must handle medicine procurement, cold chain storage, and distribution to over 650 beneficiaries. Key deliverables include operating a dedicated call centre and integrating IT systems with the Compensation Fund to track invoices and patient data. Services must be provided from a licensed pharmacy, and the provider must verify patient identities upon delivery. The project is expected to commence shortly after the contract is signed.
