Description

The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) is seeking a service provider for cleaning, hygiene, pest control, and boardroom support services at its Springbok Regional Office. The office is located at the Hopley Centre, Corner Van Der Stel, Van Riebeck and Hof Street, Springbok. The contract will run for twenty-four months. The service provider must supply one trained cleaner to work from 06h30 to 15h00 daily, with availability until 16h00 for emergencies. Key tasks include daily cleaning, deep cleaning, pest control, boardroom setup, and the supply of hygiene consumables. Bidders must attend a compulsory site inspection on 05 August 2026 at 11:00. The closing date for submissions is 25 August 2026 at 11:00.
