The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to perform cleaning services at its Polokwane Customer Experience Centre. The contract will run for twelve months, starting on 07 October 2026. The successful bidder must provide daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning, including floor maintenance, waste disposal, and deep cleaning. The provider is responsible for supplying all necessary cleaning equipment and SABS-approved consumables. Two staff members must be provided, and they must wear branded personal protective equipment. The service provider must maintain cleaning checklists and provide monthly reports. All work must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Payments will be processed monthly after the submission of invoices. The tender is subject to an 80/20 preference point system, and all pricing must be VAT inclusive.
