The scope includes domestic and international flight bookings, accommodation, car rentals, and shuttle services. The provider must offer an online booking tool, 24/7 emergency support, and detailed financial reporting. The work will be performed for ATNS, which manages approximately 13,410 travel transactions annually. The contract requires a dedicated account management team and integration with ATNS systems. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience, specifically with large organizations having over 1,000 employees.
