Description

The eThekwini Municipality is seeking an accredited Computer Associates (CA) Southern Africa partner to provide support, administration, and maintenance for various CA software modules, including Service Desk Manager, Service Catalog, and IT Asset Management. The contract will run for 24 months and requires the provision of two dedicated support personnel, including 40 hours of on-site support per quarter. Key deliverables include system upgrades, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and quarterly value realization reviews.   • Must provide proof of good standing for municipal fees and COIDA
