uMngeni-uThukela Water is seeking a service provider for ICT operations, maintenance, and support services over a five-year period. The work involves managing the organization's entire ICT infrastructure, including datacentre hardware and software, network systems, security appliances, telephony, and video conferencing equipment. The successful bidder will also be responsible for governance tasks such as asset management, monthly reporting, and change management. The project requires support for over 500 users. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 30 June 2026, and the final deadline for bid submissions is 23 July 2026. The contract will commence within 14 days of the effective date.
