The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites bids for the provision of cleaning services at its Durban office, located at the Embassy Building. The contract duration is twelve months, starting 16 October 2026. The scope includes daily office cleaning, floor maintenance, waste management, and the supply of all necessary equipment and SABS-approved consumables for approximately 7,555m² of space. The service provider must supply a team consisting of one supervisor and six cleaners working Monday to Friday. Key deliverables include maintaining high hygiene standards, deep cleaning, and disaster recovery cleaning as needed. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system. All work must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
