iThemba LABS is seeking a service provider for Electron Beam Welding services in Faure, Western Cape. The contract will run for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis, starting in August 2026. The work involves welding production targets, performing helium leak tests, and providing research and development welding services for various metals and alloys. The provider must also offer consultation on metallurgy and fabrication. The project involves handling up to 180 targets per year. iThemba LABS will manage the transport of these targets.
